Quito Brick House
is our home in Quito,
Ecuador offered exclusively for Jehovah's
Witnesses. It is located in south
Quito, the Capital of Ecuador, about 40
minutes from the international airport. Living
at 10,000 feet provides an amazing panoramic
view of the City of Quito and watch the Pichincha Volcano (see photos above from our house
- call or email us for more photos).
Even though our home is on the Equator, the
climate is very mild.
If you are
one of Jehovah's Witnesses, perhaps looking for
a place to vacation or retire, escape the heat
or cold for a few months, or a "Need
Greater" looking to expand your ministry,
consider Quito, Ecuador as an interesting
option. If you are considering rooming or
living in Quito, please give us an
email, text
or call. (+1-239-206-3448
(U.S.A. Eastern Time)).
Our home is arranged for
smaller groups (up to 6), such as a family, a group
traveling together, or just one or two people who would like
a very comfortable and safe place to stay. We have
three private, fully
furnished, electrically heated
bedrooms in our home, currently for rent by the
month (one
bedroom has a king bed, another a double bed, and the
third has
double size bunk-beds).
Our home can be your "home
away from home", complete with excellent high
speed Internet & six Wi-Fi access points for
complete WI-FI signal coverage throughout the entire home
(20 Megabits per second up and down on
International connections), Internet
telephone lines to the U.S., plenty of good
pressure gas fired real hot water,
fantastic panoramic views of Quito and the Pichincha
Volcano, full
kitchen and appliances, electric washing machine and gas
clothes dryer, living & dining room,
security alarm system and cameras, an HP color
printer and scanner, an electric radiant heater
in each bedroom (the "Sierra" at our
altitude gets a little cold at night - about
45(F) night /68(F) day,
multiple TVs, and freshly brewed hot coffee in the morning
along with breakfast (~7:00 A.M).
So, if
you are considering a few months, or even a year
or two, in Ecuador to
be a "need greater", a long vacation,
retirement, or just a to get away from the ice
and snow, give us a call and we can discuss your
needs and expectations for services and
furnishings, to keep you as comfortable as
possible.
Our home is in the Ferroviaria Alta neighborhood, above the Chiriyacu open market
and the "El Recreo" shopping
mall and bus transportation terminal in South
Quito, with access to both the Quito Trole and
Eco-Via metro bus lines. Both the Trole and
Eco-Via serve the Quitumbe south bus terminal for
inter-city and inter-providence bus service.
Above our home is the Simon Bolivar
freeway (autopista), which is a bypass route
along the eastern side of Quito.
We hope that you have a month
or more to visit and enjoy the entire
country of Ecuador. We enjoy exploring Quito and
the surrounding areas - "Volcano
Alley", or "Avenue of the Volcanoes".
Our home makes a good base camp for
your travels and ministry in and around Quito and the Sierra.
If you are considering moving to Ecuador, Quito
is a logical place to work through all the
paperwork, as the government offices are located
here in the capital.
There are some great one to
three day trips available from Quito:
such
as Colonial Quito, Mitad del Mundo,
Pululahua Crater - Volcano & Geobotanical Reserve,
Papallacta
Thermal Springs, Guagua (Wawa)
Pichincha Volcano, Ruku Pichincha Volcano &
Teleferico, Chimborazo Volcano, Cotopaxi
Volcano, Otavalo Markets, Mindo Cloud Forest, Tena - Puerto Misahualli in
the Amazon, Puyo, Banos & Tungurahua Volcano.
Give us a call, text,(+1-239-206-3448
Eastern Time) or
e-mail
info@QuitoBrickHouse.com
and let's talk about your
